This policy explains what data Sixty Four Paths collects, why it collects it and what you can do about it.
Sixty Four Paths is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything related to privacy, including exercising your rights, the channel is contact@sixtyfourpaths.com.
Birth data: date, time and city. These are the input to the calculation — without them there is no chart. They are stored so you can reopen your chart later.
Account data: name, email and a password stored only as a hash (we have no way to read your password). If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email from that account.
Purchase data: which reports you bought, the amount and the date. We never receive or store card details — payment is processed by Stripe.
Usage data: pages visited and clicks, through cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta.
To calculate and deliver your chart and the reports you bought.
To maintain your account, provide support and meet legal and tax obligations.
To send readings, content and news by email. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
To measure where visits come from and how advertising performs.
Stripe — processes payments.
Anthropic — processes your calculation data to compose the report text. What is sent is the positions, gates and centers of the chart, and your first name.
Google and Meta — usage metrics and advertising performance, including Google Ads and Meta Ads. When you arrive through an ad, we keep the identifier of that click for up to 90 days so we know which campaign brought you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it on for purposes other than those described here.
For as long as your account exists, so your charts and reports stay accessible. Purchase records are kept for the applicable legal period. If you ask for your account to be deleted, we erase the personal data except what the law requires us to keep.
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, to give you access to it, to correct it, to export it, and to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time without losing access to anything you have already bought.

When you create an account you accept the Terms of Use, which provide for sending our emails with readings and news. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed by writing to contact@sixtyfourpaths.com.
Emails about a purchase you made — confirmation, access to the report, support — are not marketing and continue for as long as the account exists.
We use essential cookies (session and security, without which login does not work) and measurement cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. You can block them in your browser; blocking the essential ones prevents login.
Traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored as hashes and access to reports is validated against the owner of the chart. No system is immune to incidents; if one occurs that puts you at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority.
